SHe is not relaxed, she stumbles on her words. i don’t mean to trash her at all, the effort counts, and nothing she says it nonsense. BUT it is very incomplete and the fact that she can’t apply it for her own homevideo shows it. How do you use this in difficult circumstances. You tell me. Google PRI, it gives you a real instrument for every situation in life, not just the easy ones, maybe you have to speak French or Dutch…

OK! i’m gonna relax… and take life just as if it was a game! great advise… just make sure you explain to the police the reason i pull a grand theft auto and spray 10 bankers brains all over the walls… ALLRIGHT!?

Alkistis, can you please do a video in the nude? I believe it would be very therapeutic for me! Love and kisses, Keith from Worcester Mass.

This is Tim from San Francisco, CA. I love it. I am trying this one, I get way too serious much of the time and I am tired of it.

    Thanks

You’re right, I came to the same conclusion after I took lsd the first time, with another friend in a quiet and solitary environment. Not exactly your meditative enlightenment, but even buddhist monks say it’s the same deal (but on a synthetical level of course). This is one big RIDE, relax, enjoy it, and don’t forget it. When you embrace the negative, you’re not being realistic at all:) You can choose what you want to feel like throughout the day, you can choose the role you want to play…

Great response alkisitis, what you are saying few can understand. Many would like to say “Scata na fas” to what you are saying, but we Americans have very little by way of relaxation or methods to do. Our lifestyle says No!

  18. ZanzibarJose says:

What has this to do with the Content Black women video post?
Hmm, Greek women have big butts how come you aint showing us none

The best life lesson I taught my child, and myself, when he was learning to play chess, was to catch him getting upset because he was losing and give him the choice of QUITTING or TURNING THE BOARD. Sometimes, he was just tired and off his game. We quit. Sometimes, he wanted to see the endgame without “losing”. He also learned to turn the board on me when I conceded too soon (and he wanted to mop up on me!)

I don’t know who taught whom that lesson but I’m glad I learned it.

I’m not sure my life can be viewed as a game, guess I’m to hedonistic to think of it as a game. Maybe a board game like chess would make me feel better. Checkmate! Florence Scovel Shinn wrote her classic book The Game of Life and How To Play It back in 1925. I’d consult her but she’s dead or is she, if life is just a game. Something to think about Alkistis.

    test

Alkistis; This video is still in heavy rotation with me. God willing, my brain’s hard-drive will indeed be reformatted with the help of your great videos! My session with you continues to motivate me to succeed in doing this. I thank whatever “lucky stars” I may have for helping me find you on YouTube!!

  25. FastFeet15 says:

It’s a game? Who’s playing??? What’s the score? ha ha just kidding.

I like the idea. Snap your brain out of it. That is the first step to thinking in a new direction. I like it!
